Sage & Lavender

White Sage needs no introduction. Burning sage has been in spiritual practice for a very long time. First introduced by the Native Americans, it quickly became popularised and is now a norm in homes (at least it is in my home).

It is has many health benefits with one of them being a tool in meditation and achieving a more calm and zen state.

I've just recently got into the practise of smudging my room and surroundings with sage every new, full moon, days that end with 'day, basically all the time. Its a good practise to keep your space free from negative vibrations we pick up from the day.
