Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your order! Below you will find some information on shipping which will be updated periodically as our business grows! 

We pack your order with love and care to make sure your order arrives safely. All our orders are packed shipped out from Singapore via Qxpress. Please allow 1-2 days for your orders to be processed after which you will receive an email with a tracking link. 

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. 

 

Local Shipping

Shipping usually takes 3-5 days to arrive at your destination. It can be tracked via Qxpress tracking link which you will receive when your order is shipped. 

Free shipping is available for orders above $100. 

Express Shipping is not available at this time. 

Pick up is available at Hougang, Singapore. Please select the 'pick up' option when checking out and I will reach out to liaise logistics. Please adhere strictly agreed upon date and time to avoid any delays. 

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide but before placing the order, please email us at hey@mayacandleco.com so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost. 

Prices reflected at checkout is only an estimate. Please email us before you check out. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you need help with international tracking information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hey@mayacandleco.com

Please allow 7-21( sometimes longer in rare cases) days for your order to arrive. 

We take extra care to pack your order for international deliveries, so if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hey@mayacandleco.com. 

 

Please note that once order has been processed and shipped, returns and refunds will be assessed in a case by case basis.
